Nowadays, the overload situation is becoming very difficult for the traffic system, both Vietnam and over the world. It causes the destroyed of traffic construction very fast, thus, causes the big waste and non-safety for the people on the road. But almost the control weight technologies today to concentrate about static weight control or W1M at low speeds. Although it costs very expensive and rarely difficult for manufacturing and installation works, thus, it is needed a new monitoring load system, more suitable, more easily for installation and managing and more economics. This article shows an such system like this by use vibration characteristics of suspension system to calculate and built the algorithm of load control.
