This paper is written to analyze the situation of some provincial competitiveness indicators in Bac Giang province (some indicators are in the group which have low grade compared with other provinces in the country), identify the trend of the fluctuations of these indicators, determine the achieved aspects, the drawbacks in each index. And author calculated the results of the enterprise survey on the enterprise's assessment of the scales in each indicator, which scale was underestimated, which scale was highly appreciated. From that, author has a multi-dimensional perspective from the country's statistical results and base on the results Survey local businesses, author maked recommendations to improve some of the index were low compared to other provinces in Vietnam.
